HOW IT WORKS
2. When you arrive for your appointment, park your vehicle in our guest parking area.
3. Place your keys into our secure drop box and fill out a service drop-off form.
4. Our Service team will collect your vehicle and perform the service work as needed.
5. We will communicate with you throughout the day via phone, email, or text.
6. We will notify you once the vehicle is ready, and email you a copy of your invoice and vehicle inspection report
7. We will provide instructions on how you can pay online through our quick and convenient text and pay portal!
8. When you pick up your vehicle, your keys will be inside your vehicle, all sanitized.

including in-vehicle surfaces as well as in-store work benches and tools
Our associates wear protective gloves
when handling all vehicles
Plastic seat covers and steering wheel covers
are placed on your vehicle for the duration of the service
Your keys and all vehicle touchpoints
are sanitized thoroughly before you collect your vehicle
