Experience Hyundai is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team!

As the Finance and Insurance Manager at Experience Hyundai, you will play a key role in assisting customers with securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of lending options are essential for success in this position. Your primary objective is to guide customers in making well-informed financial decisions.

Wage Range: 100% Commission – Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be a liaison between our lenders and our clients, ensuring our client's automotive financing needs are met
  • Process lease and finance deals in a timely manner in accordance with lending institutions and manufacturers
  • Advise clients of insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their experience
  • Provide the sales team with up-to-date training on programs, options and products
  • Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery

Requirements:

  • A proven sales background
  • Experience in sales and financing in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles related to prime, subprime, and other non-traditional finance
  • Ability to read credit bureau reports
  • Excellent client service skills

Experience Hyundai is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!

As a Sales Representative with Experience Hyundai, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you’re a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.

Annual Wage: $33,500 + Commission

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle (new and used) presentations to clients (in person and/or video)
  • Plan and organize accordingly to meet sales targets
  • Accurately and Informatively present clients with lease / purchase options
  • Schedule appointments for test drives, deliveries and ensure preparedness of the vehicle and documents

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience
  • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous client service experience
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
